Hairstyles for Different Hair
Lengths
Whether you've got short, medium, long or super long hair,
you deserve to look good each day!

Here are some hairstyles for different hair lengths that
will help you look gorgeous, and won't be that complicated to
do. All you'll need are a couple of styling tools, a bit of
practice and maybe some helping hands.
Work out what sort of looks you can create with your hair
length by experimenting and playing around with it!
Hairstyles for Short
Hair
Of course there are different types of short hair, so
styling both will be really different. So let's start by saying
that the way you can style short hair will depend on the cut
you get. If you've got a short pixie crop, then you won't be
able to do much more than be playful with hair gel and wax.
If you've got a short bob, then there's more to work with.
Get your straighteners and curling tongs out of your draw, go
get a hair magazine and some kirby grips. Play around with
different directions...pull it forward as you straighten for an
edgy look, and pull it backwards for a vintage retro do.
Accentuate the natural curl of your hair, and then
straighten your bangs, for a very funky up-to-date hairstyle.
If you want another short naturally curly hairstyle, you could
simply even out the curls with some tongs or even a
straightener, so that your natural look seems more styled and
finished.
Or, you could straighten all of it. This will give you a
very styled, futuristic hairstyle, and it looks amazing with
bangs. Make sure to compliment the bold statement with some
well applied makeup.
Hairstyles for Medium Length
Hair
Medium length hair is notoriously frustrating to style. It
hasn't quite got the length required to do some of the fabulous
long hairstyles, but it's too long to just leave to be a
statement by itself.
But. There are a couple of things you could do. Firstly, the
favourite grungy hairstyle is to twist and pin strands of hair
towards the back of your head to create a messy updo. Literally
take a couple inch piece of hair, twist it until it curls and
pin to the back of your head, keep going until it's all back.
Edit it so it doesn't look too clean or snake-like.
Or if you haven't got too many layers you could try wrapping
it into a chignon or bun. Pin it in place and spray some
hairspray on it. You could use a bun mould to make it look
bigger.
Or consider getting some clip-in hair extensions to make
your hair appear longer than it is. There are some great brands
out there with brilliant color matched human hair extensions,
for a reasonable price too! That way you can really change the
way your hair looks instantly!
Hairstyles for Long Hair
There are so many option for long hairstyles. Check out the

recreate.
Most importantly keep your hair in good condition with a
hair mask every week, and a special conditioning treatment at
your hairdressers each month. Use a wide tooth comb instead of
a brush whilst it is wet or damp, to prevent the ends from
splitting.
Try your hair straight or curly, or a mix of both. Braid it
in different ways, and pin it back or up.
Instead of chopping off the length of your hair when you get
tired of your look, change the color or cut yourself some
bangs. That way you'll look like you've just stepped off the
catwalk, but you won't regret cutting it all off!
